After successfully closing hundreds of transactions across residential, commercial, and investment properties, my mission is clear: to help clients build wealth through strategic real estate decisions that deliver the best possible price, terms, and returns.

My journey in Central Florida real estate began in 1997 as a private investor. At that time, the market had been stagnant for nearly a decade, but I saw untapped potential and began acquiring properties and structuring deals that generated strong returns. By 2002, that vision evolved into our own real estate company, now TransAct Brokers. For nearly 25 years, we have remained committed to the same principles: building lifelong relationships, treating every transaction as if it were our own, and fiercely protecting the best interests of our clients.

In 2016, I fulfilled a lifelong dream to sail around the world. That experience taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, perspective, and the power of bold, calculated decisions; principles that guide our investment strategies today. After voyaging to 75 countries, six continents, and three oceans, we chose to return home to Maitland, Florida, because there is simply no other place that can compare.
